Shore Bird Rules

1. RESTRICTED ROADS: Highway 17, 27th Ave South, Sea Mountain Hwy, Ocean Blvd. South of Sea Mountain Hwy
2. Golf carts are ONLY ALLOWED ON SECONDARY ROADS with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less. You may cross Highway 17 at stop lights only.
3. Pull over and allow traffic to pass if you are causing a slowdown.
4. DO NOT operate the cart on the beach.
5. DO NOT operate on sidewalks.
6. Golf carts may only be driven during daylight hours.
7. Only persons 21+ with a valid driver's license can rent or operate the golf cart.
8. Parents/guardians who allow unlicensed children to operate are subject to a fine over $200.
9. Carts operated in violation of state law may be towed at the renter's expense.
10. Use hand signals while driving (Arm up = right turn, Arm straight = left turn).
11. DO NOT exceed seat capacity: 4 (Basic) = 4 people, 6 (Limo) = 6 people.
12. You are responsible for the lock and keys during the rental.
13. There is a $65 fee for lost keys.
14. You are responsible for any parking tickets or towing fees during your rental period.
15. NO RECKLESS DRIVING: No wheelies, donuts, jumping, or off-road driving.
16. DO NOT make sharp/high-speed turns.
17. Carts are inspected at pickup/delivery. You will be charged for any damage incurred during your rental.
18. DO NOT attempt any maintenance. If a problem arises, contact us immediately. No refunds for unreported issues.
19. For issues, call (854) 901-1640 for a service evaluation.
20. If damage is due to misuse, a $75 fee will be charged.
21. We reserve the right to revoke cart use without a refund for any reason.
22. We do not provide insurance. You are fully liable for any damages during your rental period.

There is a $75 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the reservation date. No refunds within 72 hours. No refunds if your rental property does not allow rental golf carts – please check ahead of time.
