    • Beach Villas (Buildings 14, 15, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) Anyone can rent a gas-powered golf cart and park in the spaces surrounding these buildings provided that they do not park in the spaces directly in front of the building and obtain a temporary parking pass from Ally Management located on-site by the front gates M-F 9am-4:30pm. The passes are $100 for guests and $20 for homeowners and are good for up to two weeks. Only one golf cart pass per Ocean Keyes unit. You can call Debora of Ally Management at 843-282-1890 to arrange for your pass.
    • Seashore Villas (Buildings 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46) Only homeowners are permitted to rent a 4-passenger gas-powered golf cart. Limo carts are not allowed. A golf cart pass must be obtained from the Golf Cart Committee (Faye: 336-972-3551)
  71. Ocean Marsh – 502 48th Ave S (homeowners only; must be gas)
